Family Puzzled as Mom, Adult Daughter Go Missing in Pasadena

The mother, Sheila Regine Wallace, needs constant medical attention, police said.

A search continued Tuesday for a mother and daughter who disappeared from a now-vacant apartment in Pasadena, leaving relatives puzzled, according to police.

It's unclear exactly when the pair was last seen, Pasadena Detective J. Urita said. However, the older woman's son said he went to the apartment where they staying on Friday -- 74 S. Allen Ave. -- and found it vacant. He had not heard from the pair since at least Friday.

The mother, Sheila Regine Wallace, is 64 years old , 5 feet 4 and about 105 pounds. She has blond hair and needs constant medical attention, police said.

Her daughter, Marina Morse, is 41 years old and is the primary caretaker for her mother, according to her brother. She has long brown hair but no detailed physical description of Morse was immediately available. She also drives a white BMW. Police did not release the license plate number.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts was asked to call Urita at (626) 744-6489 or 911.
