A vehicle has gone into the water in San Pedro and the driver is safe, officials said.
It went off the arod at 400 S. Navy Way, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Fire boats were en route to the submerged vehicle to verify that there is no one else inside, as the driver indicated.
