We saw what XIV, otherwise known as the Michael Mina/Sam Nazarian project, will look like earlier this week, and now we finally know what it will taste like: Behold the dinner and drink menus. Note the explanation---"different from small plates and family-style dining, XIV’s menu of individual tasting portions allows guests to create their idea of the ultimate tasting menu"---with every item priced at $8 "per person."
