Since the first installment of "Halloween" was filmed 30 years ago, "30 Days of Terror," a two-day convention at the Pasadena Convention Center, will be held this weekend to honor the horror series. According to the San Gabriel Valley Tribune, the Pasadena area "stood in for the fictional town of Haddonfield, making the convention center an appropriate spot for the homage, said Sean Clark, who is organizing the event."
