By the time we got from Smashbox over to Switch Boutique for Myne's spring '09 presentation and party, attendees were deep into shopping, cocktails and a table of sweet-filled churros. A trio of models stood on pedestals, making occasional changes into different looks. Unfortunately, we didn't catch the entire collection, but our faves from the contemporary label (which has a solid retail footing) included a strapless draped silk dress in a milky pink and a deep pink and violet high-waisted floral print skirt with nubby buttons, which made us think of brush strokes and gardens.
