Two men working on a film shoot in downtown Los Angeles were injured Thursday night when possibly a ventilation fan fell on them.
The incident was reported at 8:40 p.m. in the 600 block of South Spring Street, firefighters said.
One man suffered head trauma. The other suffered a leg injury, said Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey.
