Less than three months ago was the official launch of Familia Camarena Tequila in California. Now the 100 percent blue agave tequila takes the taste of Mexico to the streets with a mobile taco truck tour across LA. Featuring free (yes, free!) Familia Camarena Tequila-infused gourmet tacos created by local chef, Sevan Azarian. The Camarena Taco Truck tour kicks off tomorrow outside of Azarian’s latest culinary retreat, Recess Eatery. 120 other stops are planned over the two month period including the hottest new venues, events and nightclubs from the Santa Monica Pier to the Sunset Strip and beyond.
Chef Sevan Azarian, hails from the L.A. catering arm of the Patina Group, is a former chef to comedian Adam Sandler and current owner and chef of Recess in Glendale. The Camarena Taco Truck will be on the road during the months of June and July making daily visits to various locations throughout L.A. and the greater surrounding area.
