Traffic was snarled on a stretch of the San Diego (405) Freeway in Seal Beach after a big rig collided with two vehicles, the CHP said.
No major injuries were reported in the crash at 1:23 p.m.
CHP officers directed all traffic off the freeway until the two right-most lanes were reopened just before 2:30 p.m.
