Police are searching for three males in connection with a shooting that left a teen wounded in El Sereno on Monday.
The victim, who is 14 or 15 years old, was shot in the chest in the 5300 block of Ithaca Avenue, the Los Angeles Police Department said. The shooting was reported about 5:25 p.m.
Police were setting up a perimeter to find three males who fled on foot.
