Firefighters Put Out Blaze at Commercial Building in San Pedro

Firefighters extinguished an early morning blaze that broke out in a commercial building in San Pedro on Thursday, fire officials said.

The fire was reported just before midnight in the 1600 block of Sepulveda Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Firefighters arrived at the scene and found flames extending through the roof, according to the LAFD.

At least two of five units at the building were considered well-involved. One of the businesses at the location was believed to be a cabinet shop, according to the LAFD.

Firefighters put out the blaze within about 30 minutes.

No injuries were reported.
