Shooting at Rosemead Restaurant Leaves Three Injured

Three people were wounded in a drive-by shooting at a Vietnamese restaurant in Rosemead Tuesday night, authorities said.

The shooting occurred outside of My-Dung Restaurant, 8232 Garvey Ave., about 9:10 p.m., said sheriff's Sgt. Roberta Granek at the Temple Station.

The gunman fired shots from a black Honda, Granek said.

It was not immediately known whether those wounded were outside or inside the restaurant.

The victims were taken to hospitals by Los Angeles County Fire
Department paramedics, a county fire dispatch supervisor said.

Their wounds were believed to be non-life threatening, Granek said.

Anyone with information on the shooting was asked to call the sheriff's Temple Station at (626) 285-7171.
