An explosion rocked early morning commuters during rush hour near the Port Authority Bus Terminal on Monday, Dec. 11, 2017. New York City authorities identified Akayed Ullah, 27, as a suspect who detonated an IED in an underground passageway leading from the city's subway system to the terminal, injuring four people including himself.
The hub, just blocks away from Times Square, is one of several main transit hubs for New York City and is considered to be the nation's largest bus terminal, as well as the world's busiest.
Dramatic security video purports to show the moment a suspected terrorist detonated a device police said he was believed to be wearing at the New York City Port Authority Bus Terminal Monday morning, just feet away from New York commuters.
