Jon Bon Jovi rocked out a little too hard at his band's Friday night show at the Meadowlands.
The singer suffered a leg injury while performing on-stage and had to limp through the rest of the night's show, according to People.
"Jon Bon Jovi sustained a torn calf muscle," said a spokesperson for the star in a statement released to the magazine. "Jon made light of the injury and went on to close the show with their hit, 'Living On a Prayer.' The band ended the night together, thanking the capacity hometown crowd, and assisting Jon off the stage."
Keep the faith, fans: after the band had an off day Saturday, Bon Jovi planned to play a show in Saratoga Springs on Sunday evening. The injury is not expected to keep the rocker from playing any upcoming tour dates.
