Coldplay Bassist Sells NYC Condo at a Profit

Guy Berryman's real estate intuition is apparently spot-on. The Coldplay bassist purchased a 3,000 square foot East Village condo in 2009 for $2.65 million and listed the unit a year later for $4.5 million.
