A man was arrested at the scene after two women were found fatally shot early Wednesday in a car on a Riverside street.
The deaths were reported at about midnight in the area of Cypress and Alhambra avenues. A woman called 911 after midnight to say that her brother shot and killed two women.
That man was arrested at the scene and booked on suspicion of murder. He was identiifed by police as 23-year-old Daniel Garcia.
It was not immediately clear whether he has an attorney.
