A person was hurt in a shooting in the parking lot of an Antelope Valley mall, officials said.
The person was hospitalized in an unknown condition after the shooting reported after 6 p.m. at the Antelope Valley Mall, at 1233 Rancho Vista Blvd., in Palmdale, deputies said.
One person was detained.
No other details were immediately available.
