Cauliflower with Parmesan





    1 large head cauliflower

    1 Tbsp. olive oil

    1 tsp. sea salt

    1/2 tsp. fresh black pepper

    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated

    Organic olive oil spray



    1.      Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Break cauliflower into bite-size florets, remove and discard core.  Place florets in baking dish and spray with olive oil.

    2.      Add oil, salt and pepper, toss well.  Bake for 35 minutes until cauliflower is golden and tender.

    3.      Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 5 more minutes.
