Aja Evans, an Olympic bobsled medalist from Chicago, filed a lawsuit against the USA Bobsled and Skeleton Federation, alleging nearly a decade of “sexual abuse and harassment” by the team’s osteopathic medical provider while Evans trained and competed for the USA Bobsled team, her attorneys said Thursday.

On Friday, the IOC presented event changes and gender equality goals for the 2026 Winter Games and gave an update on boxing at the 2024 Olympics.

The International Olympic Committee is expected to make a decision next week about whether to allow women to compete in Nordic combined at the 2026 Games.

No 15-year-old figure skaters will be allowed to compete at the 2026 Olympics following the controversy surrounding Russian national champion Kamila Valieva at this year’s Beijing Games.
