It's true that the "Star Wars" universe is brimming with thrilling dramatic moments and lightsabers and X-wing Starfighters and big-of-claw Wampas and a whole mess of supremely sticky wickets, 90% of which may or may not be caused by Han Solo's showboating and 90% of which may or may not be tirelessly solved by Chewbacca.
But to say that incredibly satisfying love stories aren't threaded throughout is to admit that you've never momentarily left the room to catch your breath when Han Solo finds Leia performing repairs on the *asteroid-based Millennium Falcon in "Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back."
If you didn't fully swoon when the flirtatious duo finally smooches, then you should go watch it again ASAP and let the heat of the double suns of Tatooine wash over you.
We'll wait.
Back? Then prepare to do some galactic-style gushing over this: An Australian couple is going to say their "I dos" in the "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" queue at the TCL Chinese Theatre.
The queue, by the by, started on Dec. 5, and it is indeed made of people waiting to see the first show on the evening of Dec. 17. The gathering is also part of the heart-nice fundraiser held by fan group LiningUp.net, which is raising money for the Starlight Children's Foundation.
Andrew Porters, a firefighter, and Caroline Ritter, who drives trucks for a mining company, will take the Force-filled plunge in the TCL Chinese Theatre forecourt on Thursday, Dec. 17, before a crowd of costumed revelers.

Want to find new things to do in Los Angeles? The Scene's lifestyle stories have you covered. Here's your go-to source on where the fun is across SoCal and for the weekend.
The officiant? OBI-Shawn Crosby. In place of the ready-to-throw rice? Why it'll be popcorn, says the historic cinema.
And will a Storm Trooper brigade be out in full force? Wwwaaa, which we think is Wookiee-speak for "please, of course they'll be there" (we need to double-check our Wookiee translator app).
Storm Troopers in attendance at the joyous nuptials, we only have one thing to say to you: This is the bride and groom you're looking for.
But before they go, they'll have a Baskin-Robbins ice cream cake -- very California -- and coffee and donuts from Dunkin' Donuts (very New England, of course, but now California, too).
As for the person walking Ms. Ritter down the aisle? He's not the father of the bride, but he is the father of Luke Skywalker, or at least a fan dressed in full, Imperial-tastic regalia.
Very good, this wedding will be. Best wishes, the happy couple gets. Cry, weddings make us do.
*Look, we know that Solo's ship actually was in the gut of some sort of super-sized space slug, and not technically *on* the asteroid, which makes us love the Han-Leia lovey moment even more. How many lip locks happen in the bellies of space slugs and completely knock one's socks off? (Answer: one.)
