NBC4’s Tony Guinyard served as emcee of the Principal for a Day Luncheon, hosted by Pillar, a partnership between the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce and the Los Angeles Unified School District. Hundreds of business and community leaders went “back to school” and spent the morning shadowing principals, assistant principals and lead teachers at elementary, middle and high schools throughout Los Angeles.The event gave participants the opportunity to go behind the scenes for a true business-education exchange and a chance to develop long-lasting partnerships that benefit the youth of Los Angeles County.
