A driver led police on an erratic pursuit through South Los Angeles Monday afternoon before he was cornered in a home's driveway and taken into custody.
Police told NBC4 the driver was wanted on suspicion that he burglarized a home on Hoover Street.
At 3:45 p.m., the male driver drove into the driveway of a home and exited the car, surrounded by police.
The man appeared to be alone in the car, and he surrendered to LAPD officers.
During the chase, the man frequently ran red lights, driving on both sides of the street and narrowly missing other passenger cars.
