It's out with the old for Jared Leto.
The Oscar-winning actor and Thirty Seconds to Mars frontman appears to have outgrown a relatively modest Hollywood Hills home he purchased a decade ago as an artist on the rise. He has listed the property for $1.99 million, Variety reports.
Built in 1955 on a winding street, the contemporary residence offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms on just over 4,000 square feet of living space, according to the MLS listing. A fireplace anchors a spacious living room with large windows that open the home to natural light. Amenities include a wet bar and a music studio where Leto likely rocked out with his brother Shannon, who plays drums in the band. Outside, the home's exterior is partially covered in vines. Tropical landscaping surrounds a swimming pool and spa.
Leto reportedly purchased the home in 2006 for $1.65 million. Last year, he upgraded to a sprawling military compound turned private estate on Laurel Canyon for $5 million. The historic site, called Lookout Mountain Air Force Station, housed a secret movie studio.
