A magnitude-3.4 earthquake was reported early Tuesday in the Lake Elsinore area.
The 6 a.m. quake was centered about three miles northwest of Lake Elsinore. The quake's depth was 5.7 miles, according to the USGS.
There were no reports of damage.
NBCLA Facebook page visitors reported shaking in Menifee, Moreno Valley, Perris, Temescal Valley, Pomona and other areas. Facebook visitor Dennis Kowalski described the quake as "a rolling short jolt and then a second one right after. No big deal."
