"We prepared this year a great seafood buffet to start out with," Puck said. "When people come up to the ballroom, there's a big bar with a seafood buffet with shrimp and lobster, stone crabs and clams. We have a few sushi chefs making little sushi. And then we have our waiters passing around our little sesame tuna with the spicy tuna tartar in there."

"We're going to have little spring rolls. We're going to have little shrimp and lobster tempura, and, naturally, our Spago pizzas and little Colby cheeseburgers. So, people are going to have little nibbles all evening long already, before they sit down," Puck said.
