OC Sheriff's Department Most Wanted List

Walid Khalaf Malallah is wanted on suspicion of murder in a crime that occurred in November of 1992. He is an international fugitive who is believed to have fled to Kuwait. Malallah is 5 feet 10 inches tall and 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes and is of Arab descent.
